Attract new members using all tools available to the club. Onboard new members with welcome packet and orientation. Assign a current member to be their initial guide- sitting with them at their initials membership dinners and encourage them to share in the work and fun activities of the club. Create member retention effort. 

JOANN BRAVE

 Solicit glasses donations. Gather donations from more than 20 collection sites in our area. Count and prepare glasses donation for delivery to Miami Springs Club for further handling. Continue to solicit and process applications for the Share the Vision exam/eyeglasses program in the community 

MAYRA QUINTERO 

Show club to prospective renters. Maintain clubhouse rental calendar. Complete all paperwork and financial aspects. Ensure clubhouse is ready for rental on committed dates. Ensure the clubhouse is returned to meeting ready state. 

  CLARENCE MITCHELL

Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems are in working order at the clubhouse. Create preventative maintenance schedule. Create inventory system for real property at the clubhouse. Organize and maintain storage unit. Maintain lawn and landscaping schedule.

ANDREA SACCOCCIA

Create and apply consistent review process for all requests, both financial and in-kind. Once reviewed and deemed appropriate,  the request is presented to the board for approval.

 POLLY JONES MOSELEY

Our members have been invited to prepare a meal for the club that may be a family favorite, an ethnic dish, or a unique cuisine. This committee will oversee the kitchen operations to include maintaining an inventory of all foods, seasonings, and other perishable items along with any other pantry needs. In addition, if needed, provide guidance and advice for members who have not prepared a meal for a large group. Responsible for meeting meal if no one volunteers using the same guidelines provided for Dinner Meeting meals.
